Signature Hartwell Village in Seneca, SC is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing, marketing and resident relations under the guidance of the Property Manager. You will lead leasing staff, develop plans to meet revenue and occupancy goals, and ensure outstanding resident service.

The role requires proven property management experience, strong customer service, and English proficiency; a college degree is preferred. On-site operations and a collaborative team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior property management experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write English and communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Familiarity with on-site software and lease documentation.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop property leasing staff.
• Provide excellent customer service to prospects and residents.
• Conduct informative property tours and explain lease terms clearly.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to drive traffic and occupancy.
• Monitor leasing performance and ensure compliance with policies and Fair Housing laws.
