Qualifications

• Previous multifamily leasing experience or comparable sales and customer service experience.
• Strong sales, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and leasing procedures.
• Experience with property management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through signed lease and move-in.
• Conduct property tours, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into leases.
• Achieve monthly leasing goals and contribute to occupancy and retention targets.
• Process rental applications, prepare lease agreements, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate lease renewals and resident move-in/move-out administration.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, and property features.
• Ensure leasing offices, models, and available apartments are ready for tours.
• Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
