Greystar in Charleston, SC, is seeking a Leasing Specialist to coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies. You will conduct tours, screen applicants, prepare leases, and ensure a smooth move-in process while driving occupancy and revenue goals.

Responsibilities include managing market plans, driving traffic through multiple channels, and coordinating with maintenance for move-in readiness, with on-site software tracking and daily show unit standards.

Qualifications

• Must meet state/local licensing requirements.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate leasing activities to meet occupancy goals, including greeting prospects, touring, processing applications, screening, and preparing lease packages.
• Inspect move-in conditions and coordinate maintenance items for ready units.
• Monitor market conditions and implement marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Design and execute marketing activities to drive traffic (Craigslist, Facebook, email, etc.).
• Use on-site management software to track availability, traffic, and resident data.
• Ensure show units meet company show standards and prepare leasing office daily.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to secure decisions to lease or renew.
• Respond promptly to resident/owner inquiries and document requests.
