Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Manager to oversee leasing and marketing at the property. You will work with the Community Manager to set goals and craft a strategic plan to reach budgeted occupancy, lead the leasing team to close deals, and maintain positive resident relations.

You will implement marketing efforts, supervise leasing events, and ensure staff training and policy compliance while driving traffic and occupancy.

Qualifications

• On-site leasing and marketing knowledge required.
• Fair Housing Laws knowledge preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leasing Management and goal setting with Community Manager.
• Lead leasing team to achieve occupancy targets and generate traffic.
• Manage lease documentation, follow-up, and reporting accuracy.
• Audit lease files for policy compliance and accuracy.
• Address resident concerns and implement retention programs.
• Coordinate marketing plans and events to improve occupancy rates.

Skills

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred or one year’s experience in housing

Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements knowledge
