Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and resident relations for an affordable housing property. The role emphasizes on-site operations, lead generation, tours, and lease signings within a dynamic team.

You will handle leasing paperwork, monitor resident satisfaction, and support retention strategies while collaborating with a professional, growth-minded organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration.
• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign a lease.
• Close sales: set appointments, generate leads, conduct tours, maintain model units, follow up.
• Complete leasing paperwork before move-in.
• Assist with lease audits, walk units, and turn process.
• Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support marketing strategies to increase property traffic and meet leasing goals.
• Perform various administrative tasks; handle resident complaints and requests.
