Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager to provide leasing and marketing expertise for Vintage Station North. The role leads leasing staff, trains specialists, and supports resident events and promotions to drive occupancy and satisfaction.

You will coordinate marketing programs, analyze market surveys, and assist the Property Manager on special projects, with a focus on retention and renewal initiatives.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing staff and model exceptional leasing and closing skills.
• Train, motivate, and mentor Leasing Specialists.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Leads leasing staff, by example, of exceptional leasing and closing skills
• Trains, motivates and provides support as mentor to Leasing Specialists
• Assists in off-site and on-site promotions, including assisting and attending resident functions
• Implements and coordinates off-site marketing programs with preferred employers to promote Highmark communities
• Assists with planning and implementing resident retention and renewal programs
• Maintains updated Market Survey, with a full understanding of market comparables
• Assists the Property Manager with marketing and special projects, as needed
