Job summary

The Darby by Highmark Residential in Georgia is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead leasing staff and deliver top-tier customer service to residents and prospects.

You will train Leasing Specialists, coordinate on-site and off-site promotions, and implement marketing programs with local employers to promote Highmark communities while supporting resident retention and renewal efforts.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing staff, by example, of exceptional leasing and closing skills
• Trains, motivates and provides support as mentor to Leasing Specialists
• Assists in off-site and on-site promotions, including assisting and attending resident functions
• Implements and coordinates off-site marketing programs with preferred employers to promote Highmark communities
• Assists with planning and implementing resident retention and renewal programs
• Maintains updated Market Survey, with a full understanding of market comparables
• Assists the Property Manager with marketing and special projects, as needed
