Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager at Vintage Station North to lead leasing staff and provide marketing expertise for the community and its associates.

You will train, motivate, and mentor Leasing Specialists, assist with on-site and off-site promotions, coordinate marketing programs with employers, and support resident retention while tracking market surveys.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead leasing staff with exemplary leasing and closing skills.
• Train, motivate and mentor Leasing Specialists.
• Assist in off-site and on-site promotions and resident events.
• Coordinate off-site marketing programs with employers to promote communities.
• Assist with resident retention and renewal planning.
• Maintain updated Market Survey and understand market comparables.
• Support the Property Manager with marketing and special projects.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Leads leasing staff, by example, of exceptional leasing and closing skills
• Trains, motivates and provides support as mentor to Leasing Specialists
• Assists in off-site and on-site promotions, including assisting and attending resident functions
• Implements and coordinates off-site marketing programs with preferred employers to promote Highmark communities
• Assists with planning and implementing resident retention and renewal programs
• Maintains updated Market Survey, with a full understanding of market comparables
• Assists the Property Manager with marketing and special projects, as needed
