Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Manager at Red Road Commons in Florida. The role focuses on leading leasing staff, delivering exceptional customer service, and coordinating on-site and off-site marketing to attract residents.

You will mentor Leasing Specialists, plan retention strategies, and collaborate with property management on campaigns and promotions to maximize occupancy and minimize turnover.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience
• Strong leadership skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing staff, by example, of exceptional leasing and closing skills
• Trains, motivates and provides support as mentor to Leasing Specialists
• Assists in off-site and on-site promotions, including assisting and attending resident functions
• Implements and coordinates off-site marketing programs with preferred employers to promote Highmark communities
• Assists with planning and implementing resident retention and renewal programs
• Maintains updated Market Survey, with a full understanding of market comparables
• Assists the Property Manager with marketing and special projects, as needed
