Job summary

Highmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead leasing staff, drive marketing initiatives, and support on-site and off-site promotional efforts at Red Road Commons. The role focuses on delivering exceptional leasing and closing results, mentoring Leasing Specialists, and coordinating programs that retain residents.

The position requires strong customer service, leadership, and communication skills, plus a proactive, can-do attitude.

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing staff, by example, of exceptional leasing and closing skills.
• Trains, motivates and provides support as mentor to Leasing Specialists.
• Assists in off-site and on-site promotions, including assisting and attending resident functions.
• Implements and coordinates off-site marketing programs with preferred employers to promote Highmark communities.
• Assists with planning and implementing resident retention and renewal programs.
• Maintains updated Market Survey, with a full understanding of market comparables.
• Assists the Property Manager with marketing and special projects, as needed.
