Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead leasing staff at The Darby in Holly Springs, GA. You will provide leasing and marketing expertise and support to the community and associates.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing staff, by example, of exceptional leasing and closing skills
• Trains, motivates and provides support as mentor to Leasing Specialists
• Assists in off-site and on-site promotions, including resident functions
• Implements and coordinates off-site marketing programs with preferred employers
• Assists with planning and implementing resident retention and renewal programs
• Maintains updated Market Survey, with a full understanding of market comparables
• Assists the Property Manager with marketing and special projects, as needed
