Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Manager at Red Road Commons in Miami to lead leasing operations and drive occupancy through excellent customer service and strategic marketing.

You will supervise leasing staff, train specialists, coordinate on-site and off-site promotions, and partner with management to optimize retention and engagement across the community.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Leads leasing staff, by example, of exceptional leasing and closing skills
• Trains, motivates and provides support as mentor to Leasing Specialists
• Assists in off-site and on-site promotions, including assisting and attending resident functions
• Implements and coordinates off-site marketing programs with preferred employers to promote Highmark communities
• Assists with planning and implementing resident retention and renewal programs
• Maintains updated Market Survey, with a full understanding of market comparables
• Assists the Property Manager with marketing and special projects, as needed
