Job summary

Highmark Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to help prospective residents find their next home by touring the community and processing lease applications. You will also plan resident functions and promote a positive image of the community.

You will collect rents, support retention initiatives, and contribute to marketable leasing goals while delivering excellent customer service and clear communications.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more.
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Campaign research, reporting and retention.
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations.
