Job summary

Highmark Residential in Revival on Main is seeking a Leasing Consultant to implement leasing and marketing programs, promote the property's image, and assist management with resident programs.

You will tour the community with prospects, process leases, collect payments, plan resident events, and support retention efforts. Benefits include monthly bonuses, rent discounts, and comprehensive health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Tour the community with prospective residents and assist with lease applications.
• Plan and attend resident functions and events.
• Collect and secure rental payments.
• Conduct campaign research, reporting and retention activities.

Responsibilities

What your day to day might look like:

• Help future residents find their next home by touring the community, process lease applications, type up leases and more
• Plan and attend exciting functions for our residents
• Collect and secure rental payments
• Campaign research, reporting and retention
• Maintains an acceptable closing ratio based on current property expectations
