Job summary

The Pointe at Lakewood Ranch is seeking a Leasing Consultant to guide prospective residents through the leasing process, from touring to application and move-in. You will support renewal efforts and market the property using on-site programs and events, coordinating with the Lifestyle Coordinator to boost resident engagement.

Strong customer service, sales experience, and the ability to manage CRM data are essential. A high school diploma is required, with advanced education preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in sales, marketing, or customer service.
• Able to read, write, and communicate clearly; understand legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications, and support move-in.
• Develop marketing plans and events to sustain occupancy and drive traffic.
• Follow up with prospects and residents within 24 hours to finalize lease decisions.
• Assist renewal program with letters and packages and AA renewal playbook.
