Qualifications

• 3+ years in leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service.
• Multifamily or luxury residential leasing experience preferred.
• Strong sales instincts with ability to close.
• Warm, polished, professional communication.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead Leasing Team and supervise agents.
• Drive occupancy, renewals, and move-ins/outs.
• Ensure applications are processed within 48 hours.
• Maintain CRM and property management systems.
• Provide exceptional hospitality and presentation.
• Coordinate resident retention events and communications.
