Job summary

The Quest Organization in Baltimore is seeking a Leasing Agent to join its team. The role focuses on driving occupancy by marketing available apartments, conducting property tours, converting prospects into residents, and delivering an exceptional leasing experience.

The Leasing Agent will respond to inquiries, coordinate tours, process applications, and ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations while supporting the onsite team to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
• Multifamily residential leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Strong sales, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, customer-focused approach with strong follow-through.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to leasing inquiries and follow up with prospective residents.
• Conduct property and apartment tours and effectively communicate community features and amenities.
• Prepare and process rental applications, leases, and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate prospect and leasing activity records.
• Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion and occupancy.
• Assist with marketing available units through online listings, signage, and other channels.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service to current and prospective residents.
• Coordinate move-ins and assist with resident onboarding.
• Monitor market rents, competitor properties, and local leasing activity.
• Work closely with the Property Manager and onsite team to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable Fair Housing requirements.
