Centerpoint Apartments in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Leasing Agent to manage the leasing process for our apartment community. You will conduct tours, communicate with prospects, and build relationships to convert interest into leases and renewals.

The role emphasizes customer service, marketing awareness, and knowledge of leasing procedures. Familiarity with Baltimore housing requirements and RealPage software is a plus, with weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous leasing experience in multifamily apartments required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Social media savvy + marketing experience is a plus.

• Conduct property tours to future residents and visitors
• Use and create promotional items and technology to communicate with potential prospects and generate revenue
• Build relationships with prospective and future residents to ensure satisfaction and finalize decisions to lease and/or renew

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of multifamily leasing/property management experience
• Strong knowledge of leasing procedures, Fair Housing, and resident relations
• Familiarity with Baltimore City housing requirements and compliance preferred
• Experience with leasing software/RealPage preferred
• Strong customer service, communication, and follow-up skills
• Ability to conduct tours, process applications, and complete lease paperwork
• Organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend availability as needed
