The ideal candidate combines sales strength with hospitality, keen attention to detail, and accountability in a fast‑paced environment. Prior Yardi and property management experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of multifamily leasing, property management, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience.
• Luxury or Class A multifamily leasing experience strongly preferred.
• Spanish fluency is a plus; knowledge of Fair Housing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing agents; train, coach, and ensure performance and compliance.
• Drive occupancy, conversions, renewals, and resident retention.
• Process applications, verify identity, income, rental history, and screening.
• Complete leases and move‑ins accurately; use Yardi for records and notices.
• Plan monthly resident events and maintain a warm, professional experience.
