Job summary

Avanti Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager in Colorado to lead in-person tours, manage the leasing process from prospect contact through application handoff, and drive occupancy improvements. The role emphasizes excellence in customer experience, sales techniques, and market analysis.

The position requires 2+ years in multifamily leasing or property management, strong communication, and proficiency with leasing platforms such as Yardi.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• College coursework or degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of multifamily leasing, property management, or related residential sales experience preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated customer service, sales and closing experience preferred.
• Experience with property management and leasing technology, preferably Yardi and related CRM/leasing platforms, preferred.
• Must have excellent organizational and time management skills to successfully navigate interruptions and changing priorities.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging in-person tours for prospective residents, presenting the community, homes, amenities, and neighborhood clearly.
• Manage the leasing process from initial prospect contact through tour and application handoff to the Application Admin Team.
• Monitor leasing performance and occupancy against goals; develop action plans and report to leadership as needed.
• Analyze market conditions and pricing strategies to improve occupancy and reduce stale inventory.
• Train and coach Leasing Team on touring, sales, and customer experience; review performance indicators.
