Job summary

Avanti Residential is seeking a Leasing Manager to lead in-person tours, convert prospects into applications, and push occupancy toward goals. You will guide the leasing process from first contact to handoff, using effective sales techniques and market insights.

The role requires a customer-service mindset, strong communication, and experience with property management systems like Yardi. A supportive team and growth opportunities are offered, with emphasis on performance and community impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework or degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of multifamily leasing or property management experience preferred.
• 2+ years of customer service, sales, and closing experience preferred.
• Experience with property management and leasing technology (Yardi) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person tours for prospective residents and present the community, homes, amenities, and surroundings using Avanti's process.
• Manage leasing from prospect contact through tour and application handoff to the Application Admin Team; use effective sales/closing techniques.
• Monitor leasing performance and occupancy; propose action plans to improve occupancy and pricing strategies.
• Analyze market conditions, competitor performance, and stale inventory; review market data and adjust strategies.
• Train and coach Leasing Team on touring, sales, standards, closing techniques, and customer experience.
