Vivmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Denver, CO. You will market the community, follow up on leads, and deliver exceptional customer service to residents, while maintaining property appearance and operations.

You’ll handle tours, explain lease terms, and support move-ins. The role requires strong communication, organization, and knowledge of leasing software, with a schedule Tue–Sat 9am–6pm and housing discounts as a perk.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service orientation in retail or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Experience with property management software and Google Suite is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to sales leads and promote the community, scheduling tours to close leases.
• Support marketing by enhancing online presence and advising on campaigns.
• Explain lease provisions and move-in procedures, conduct new resident orientations.
• Maintain resident satisfaction with prompt communication and issue resolution.
