Qualifications

• Positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
• Ability to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Train and schedule the leasing staff and oversee showing and leasing activities.
• Conduct out-reach marketing on a regular basis.
• Prepare regular reports on leasing activities and staff performance.
• Maintain required logs and records.
• Perform other related functions as needed.
