Legacy Partners in Colorado is seeking a full-time onsite Leasing Associate to manage marketing, leasing, and pre-leasing activities for multifamily communities. You will greet prospects, give tours, explain lease terms, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

This role requires a minimum of three years of experience, a commitment to excellent resident relations, and the ability to collaborate with a team to meet leasing goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of leasing or property management experience required.

Responsabilités

• Leasing & Tours – Greet prospective residents, give property tours, and match prospects with available units.
• Marketing & Outreach – Support marketing efforts, stay informed on local amenities, and promote community features.
• Resident Relations – Provide excellent customer service, resolve resident concerns, and assist with move-ins.
• Administrative Support – Process applications, collect deposits, and maintain accurate lease files and records.
• Property Upkeep – Inspect common areas and apartments, report maintenance or safety issues.
• Team Collaboration – Work with the team to meet leasing goals and maintain a positive office environment.
