Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations at a Colorado property. Regular onsite attendance is required, with duties including showing units, qualifying prospects, touring the community, and signing leases.

The role emphasizes completing leasing paperwork, conducting tours, and maintaining leasing data while supporting marketing efforts and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Property Leasing and Administration duties including showing, leasing, and move-ins.
• Greet, qualify, tour the community, and sign leases; close sales and generate leads.
• Maintain prospect traffic and leasing data; respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in marketing plan outreach and weekly market survey reports.
• Enforce community policies and support resident relations and retention programs.
