Qualifications

• Word, Excel, and Outlook at a working level.
• Professional customer service in a leasing or resident-facing context.
• Ability to manage competing tasks without losing accuracy on the administrative side.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects, present units, and close leases.
• Maintain resident ledgers and track delinquency; collect rent and deposits.
• Issue late notices and coordinate evictions when needed.
• Produce daily reports and support office operations.
