Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drives leasing goals by presenting property and closing tours.
• Processes inquiries and coordinates leasing activities.
• Maintains resident ledgers and minimizes delinquencies.
• Collects rents, issues notices, and manages reporting.
• Assists in daily operations and training for the Property Manager.
• Contributes to timely reporting and admin tasks.
