Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED and 1-3 years of experience in leasing, sales, and/or customer service required.
• Experience working at a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, HOME, HUD, or other income restricted affordable housing program.

Responsibilities

• Leases apartment units by communicating value to prospective residents.
• Responds to phone and email inquiries from prospective residents and schedules tours.
• Contacts and works with apartment locators to drive traffic.
• Qualifies prospects on type, size, price, and amenities; collects required information for leases.
