Job summary

Legend Management Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant for our Maryland/Virginia communities to drive leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations. The role includes a rotating Saturday schedule and reporting to the Property Manager.

You will manage the leasing process from first contact to move-in, handle inquiries with prompt follow-up, and attract residents through advertising, virtual tours, and referrals. A high school diploma and 1+ year in customer service or sales are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Reliable transportation with valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Create exceptional experiences by responding promptly to inquiries and personalized follow-up by email, phone, text or video.
• Establish a positive relationship with internal and external customers.
• Attract new residents through advertising, video tours, lease tours (in person or virtual) and referrals.
• Manage the leasing process from first contact to move-in.
• Maintain leads in the lead management system and follow Legend’s best practices.
• Engage in corporate outreach with existing employers and develop new relationships through in-person visits.
• Participate in resident retention and renewal processes.
• Organize and conduct resident events with Property Managers and Assistants.
