Job summary

Speed Bay Warehouse Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Leasing Coordinator to join the accounting team. This entry-level role focuses on reviewing commercial lease agreements, capturing key terms, and ensuring accurate lease setup while assisting with lease uploads.

You will work with the accounting and leasing teams, track commissions, support month-end close, and help administer new leases alongside the Leasing Manager.

• Track, review, and process the leasing commission process and payment of invoices.
• Provide general support to the accounting team during month-end close activities.
• Support the Leasing Manager with the setup and administration of new leases.

About the Role

Speed Bay is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Coordinator to join the accounting team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for someone looking to build a career in real estate within accounting or leasing. The primary focus of this role is reviewing commercial lease agreements and ensuring accurate lease setup, while supporting the accounting team with lease uploads. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable managing organized records across multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Lease Review & Administration

• Review commercial lease agreements and extract key terms, such as rent, CAM charges, and critical dates.
• Accurately input and maintain lease data in Yardi, ensuring alignment with lease terms.
• Identify and flag discrepancies between lease documents and system setup.
• Maintain organized lease files and supporting documentation.

Accounting & Leasing Support

• Collaborate with the accounting and leasing teams to resolve lease setup and accounting questions.
• Track, review, and process the leasing commission process and payment of invoices.
• Provide general support to the accounting team during month-end close activities.
• Support the Leasing Manager with the setup and administration of new leases.

The annual full-time base salary range for this role is:

$55,000-$75,000

Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and Speed Bay Senior Management approval. Speed Bay offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full-time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K, in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
