BH Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to respond to inquiries, market and lease apartments, and renew leases while providing exceptional customer service. The role involves touring prospects, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records in the property management system.

The position requires strong communication, organization, and sales skills, with licensing requirements to be met as mandated by state law.

Formación

Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
Demonstrated sales and closing skills.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to obtain state leasing license or license within required timeframe.

Responsabilidades

Manage daily marketing, administrative, and leasing operations.
Tour prospects and show apartments, including vacant/model units and amenity spaces.
Process lease applications for approval and prepare new lease contracts.
Log prospect data and communications into the Property Management software.
Respond to emails, voicemails, and messages in a timely manner.
Monitor promotions and leasing incentives and ensure compliance.
Assist with move-in readiness and post-lease tasks.
Support daily community inspections and maintain policy adherence.
