Job summary

Bell Partners in Austin, TX is seeking a Leasing Consultant to warmly welcome residents, coordinate property tours, and respond to leasing inquiries from prospective applicants and current residents. You will lease apartments in line with budget, maintain product knowledge of our property and competitors, assist with marketing efforts, and ensure Fair Housing standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Schedule includes weekend rotation and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ customer service experience in hospitality or apartment leasing.
• Must demonstrate professional image and teamwork ability.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, prospects, and visitors to the community.
• Lease apartments and sell property products in line with budget.
• Ensure Fair Housing standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic and monitor traffic trends.
• Maintain product knowledge of the property and competitors.
• Coordinate resident applications and complete lease packets.
