Job summary

BH Management Services, LLC is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to market our multifamily community, manage leasing leads, conduct tours, and support lease renewals. You will convert prospects into residents through exceptional customer service and strong product knowledge while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities include daily marketing, leasing data entry, showing vacant units, processing applications, and coordinating with the Community Manager.

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Sales and closing skills for leasing.
