TRG Management Company is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Boynton Beach, FL. You will work with the property management team to provide residents with outstanding service, guide potential tenants through the leasing journey, and coordinate the move-in readiness with property staff.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, knowledge of Fair Housing standards, and collaboration with the Property Manager to close leases and maintain occupancy.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or multifamily real estate.
• Previous leasing experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• Affordable Housing experience is a plus, not a requirement.
• Strong customer service orientation and presenting abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience as concierge, guest services, front desk attendant, or reservations agent in hospitality is a bonus.

Mansioni

• Interview prospective tenants following Fair Housing Standards.
• Accompany prospects to model apartments to explain size, layout, amenities and lease terms.
• Fill out lease forms, collect security deposits.
• Inspect the property state and arrange essential maintenance.
• Compile a list of available rental units and update availability reports.
• Identify potential prospects and manage leasing/renewal process from start to finish.
• Provide excellent resident service and build strong connections with residents.
• Answer calls and voicemails professionally and promptly.
• Process applications for approvals and follow up on status.
• Ensure apartment is ready for move-in on scheduled date.
• Refer prospects to sister communities if needed.
• Monitor local market trends and keep property comps up to date.
