Job summary

TRG Management in Orlando, FL seeks a Leasing Consultant to work with the property management team and deliver outstanding service to prospective and current residents. The role focuses on tours, application processing, and facilitating move-ins.

The ideal candidate has 2 years in customer service or hospitality, strong communication, and MS Office proficiency. Onsite position with a competitive base salary and performance bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years in customer service, hospitality, Conventional or multifamily real estate preferred.
• Previous leasing experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation and presentation skills.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Interview prospective tenants while adhering to Fair Housing Standards.
• Accompany potential tenants to model apartments to explain size, layout, amenities, and lease terms.
• Fill out lease forms and collect security deposits.
• Periodically inspect property and arrange maintenance.
• Compile a list of available rental units and identify prospects.
• Manage leasing and renewal process from start to finish.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong resident relationships.
• Answer calls and voicemails professionally and promptly.
• Process applications for approvals and update availability reports.
