Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of customer service experience or hospitality/ leasing background.
• Ability to communicate clearly with residents, prospects, and team members.
• Proficiency with MS Office; basic computer skills used daily.

Aufgaben

• Welcome residents and prospects to the community and schedule tours.
• Lease apartments and explain property offerings in line with budgets and Fair Housing standards.
• Follow up on inquiries and leasing traffic; maintain accurate resident records.
• Coordinate renewals and respond to existing resident inquiries promptly.
• Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as preferred homes.
• Prepare lease packets and ensure all documents are complete and accurate.
