Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant to warmly welcome prospective residents, coordinate tours, and respond to leasing inquiries.

You will interact with current residents on day-to-day issues, coordinate renewals, and serve as a communication hub between residents, management, and maintenance teams. You will lease apartments, demonstrate properties, ensure Fair Housing practices, and support marketing activities to position Bell communities as preferred homes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ customer service experience; hospitality or leasing role preferred.
• Must present a professional image and work well in a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, prospects, and visitors and coordinate tours.
• Lease apartments and promote property products and services within budget.
• Maintain Fair Housing standards in all interactions with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic and monitor trends to optimize occupancy.
• Coordinate resident applications and complete lease files and addenda.
