Responsibilities include leasing, documentation, model unit readiness, and timely lease administration. Proficiency with Yardi Voyager and MS Office is preferred, with a strong emphasis on service and organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote a quality living experience.
• Generate and handle traffic, qualify prospects, and prepare lease paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic activity and leasing reports.
• Assist with planning resident activities and community events.
