Job summary

Carlisle Residential Properties is seeking an on-site Leasing Consultant to warmly welcome residents and guests, schedule and conduct tours of apartments and amenities, and manage leasing paperwork and applications with accuracy.

You will respond to inquiries, assist with marketing efforts, coordinate resident events, and ensure Fair Housing standards throughout interactions with prospects and residents. This is an in-person role requiring reliable transportation and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in apartment leasing or equivalent customer service and sales.
• Experience with lease-up properties is a plus.
• Driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects and visitors.
• Show apartments and amenities to future residents by appointment or walk-ins.
• Assist residents, answer the telephone, and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Complete leasing paperwork and ensure resident files are complete.
• Compile and process applications.
• Explain lease agreements and addenda to new residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor market trends.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all dealings with prospects and residents.
• Assist with marketing activities within the community and local market.
• Plan and coordinate resident events.
