Carlisle Residential Properties is seeking an energetic Leasing Consultant to join our luxury lease-up community. You will greet residents and prospects, show apartments, process applications, and explain leases. Strong customer service and sales experience are essential.

Ideal candidates have leasing or related sales experience, ability to work weekends, and reliable transportation. This in-person role supports marketing efforts and resident events within the community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in apartment leasing or equivalent customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with lease-up properties is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects and visitors to the community.
• Show apartments and amenities by appointment or walk-ins.
• Complete all leasing paperwork and ensure resident file is complete.
• Compile and process applications.
• Explain lease agreements and addenda to new residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends.
• Assist with marketing activities within the community and local market.
• Plan and coordinate resident events.
