Job summary

Allied Residential, Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant to engage prospective residents, showcase available apartments, and guide applicants through the leasing process.

You will identify resident needs, present community amenities, and coordinate smooth move-in transitions. On-site duties include property tours, qualifying applicants, processing leases, collecting deposits, coordinating maintenance, and promoting vacancies through engaging ads.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; prior leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Yardi.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work on-site, including walking varied terrain and inspecting units.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, assess housing needs, and qualify applicants based on criteria.
• Conduct property tours, highlighting apartment features and community amenities.
• Provide information about local schools, shopping, recreation, and transport.
• Prepare and process lease agreements, collect deposits, and complete documentation.
• Monitor property conditions and coordinate necessary repairs.
• Maintain listings and create engaging ads to promote vacancies.
• Attend team meetings and training for development.
