Job summary

Carlisle Residential Properties is seeking an on-site Leasing Consultant to warmly welcome residents and guests, schedule and conduct tours of apartments and amenities, and manage leasing paperwork and applications with accuracy.

You will respond to inquiries, assist with marketing efforts, coordinate resident events, and ensure Fair Housing standards throughout interactions with prospects and residents. This is an in-person role requiring reliable transportation and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in apartment leasing or equivalent customer service and sales.
• Experience with lease-up properties is a plus.
• Driver's license is required.

• Show apartments and amenities to future residents by appointment or walk ins.
• Assist residents, answer the telephone, and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Complete all leasing paperwork and ensure resident file is complete.
• Compile and process applications.
• Explain lease agreements and all appropriate addenda to new residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends and market surveys.
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents.
• Assist with marketing activities within the community and local market.
• Plan and coordinate resident events.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years' experience in apartment leasing role preferred, or equivalent customer service and sales experience
• Experience with lease-up properties a plus
