Job summary

Arlington Properties, LLC seeks a Leasing Consultant to welcome prospects, support residents, and drive leasing success. You will greet visitors, tour properties, explain features, and manage the full process from application to move-in.

Responsibilities include pricing updates, policy clarity, and accurate resident records while supporting retention. You’ll promote units, monitor ads, and assist with maintenance coordination to ensure show-ready homes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• 1+ years in leasing, sales, or customer service is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and explain community features.
• Manage the full leasing process from application to move-in.
• Provide accurate pricing, availability, and policies.
• Maintain up-to-date resident files and support retention/renewal.
• Conduct follow-up communications with prospects and residents.
• Promote property through outreach and marketing ideas.
• Monitor advertising platforms and provide digital performance insight.
• Prepare market surveys and analyze leasing trends.
• Collect applications, deposits, and move-in funds.
• Enter service requests and coordinate with maintenance.
• Help maintain curb appeal and inspect vacant units for show-readiness.
• Assist with vendor or contractor access when needed.
