Job summary

PeakMade Real Estate is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to be the front-line sales professional at an assigned community. You will drive occupancy, deliver world-class resident experiences, and close leases through in-person tours, calls, and online interactions.

You will maintain pricing knowledge, respond quickly to leads, and collaborate with the team to meet occupancy goals while balancing a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales or leasing experience.
• Proven success in achieving sales or leasing targets.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, or RealPage.
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach.
• Ability to work weekends and peak leasing hours.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases via phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours to identify needs and close leases.
• Proactively follow up and nurture leads to maximize conversions.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and market competition.
• Achieve leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Assist with all leasing processes and ensure accurate paperwork.
• Support resident experience and renewals.
