Job summary

Peakmade-Real-Estate-1 is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant to serve as the front-line sales professional at an assigned community, driving occupancy and revenue. You will create world-class resident experiences, close tours, and work in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Key duties include converting leads via phone, online, and in person; delivering high-impact tours; maintaining CRM data; processing leases and deposits; and supporting market activities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience required.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Yardi, Entrata, RealPage, or similar.
• Strong follow-up discipline with multi-touch outreach.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales/leasing targets.
• Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions.
• Deliver high-impact tours to identify needs, create urgency, and close.
• Proactively follow up to maximize conversion.
• Maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors.
• Achieve and exceed leasing goals and occupancy targets.
• Execute strategies to drive traffic, increase qualified leads, and revenue.
