ResProp Management is seeking a proactive Leasing Agent/Assistant Manager in Florida to guide prospects from tour to move‑in, close leases, and ensure an exceptional welcome experience. You’ll showcase property features, handle marketing, and support occupancy goals with organized resident communication.

Ideal candidates have a cheerful customer‑service mindset, are tech savvy with property‑management apps, and possess strong leasing and closing skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Cheerful attitude with focus on customer service.
• Tech-savvy and able to learn property management apps.
• Strong skills in sales, leasing, and closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing from tour to move-in, closing the sale and completing lease documents.
• Explain property features and fit to prospective residents.
• Create marketing strategies including online posts and outreach marketing.
• Support occupancy and retention with proactive follow-up.
• Handle resident needs and resolve issues with good judgment.
• Maintain knowledge of property and competitors for informed decisions.
• Build relationships with residents through timely responses.
• Prepare lease documents, resident files, and related bookkeeping tasks.
• Coordinate resident events with teammates.
• Assist Assistant Manager with delinquent rent collections.
