ResProp Management, a multi-family property management company in Fort Worth, seeks a Leasing Agent to guide prospects from tour to move-in, close leases, and ensure an excellent move-in experience.

You will explain property features, respond to questions, and support occupancy goals through follow-up with prospects and current residents. Experience with property management software is preferred and Spanish bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• Cheerful attitude and focused on customer service.
• Tech savvy - able to learn/work with property management applications.
• Strength in Sales / Leasing / Closing.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in and close the lease.
• Understand property features to match residents' needs.
• Market the property via online posts, social media, and outreach marketing.
• Support occupancy and retention goals with follow-ups with prospects and current residents.
• Resolve issues with problem-solving skills and good judgment.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the property and competing properties.
• Build relationships with residents through timely responses to their needs.
• Prepare lease documents and maintain resident files and related records.
• Plan and organize resident events with teammates.
• Assist in the collection of delinquent rents.
• Inspect and touch up models and vacant units; maintain cleanliness of the property and office.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
