Job summary

ResProp Management is hiring a Leasing Consultant to manage tours, close leases, and ensure a superior move-in experience. You will market the property, support occupancy goals, and maintain accurate records. The role requires strong sales skills, tech savviness with property systems, and a customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage leasing and closing processes.
• Comfort with marketing properties to drive traffic and inquiries.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the leasing process from tour to move-in including closing the sale and preparing lease documents.
• Explain property features to meet prospective residents' needs.
• Marketing the property via online posts, social media, and outreach.
• Support occupancy and retention by following up with potential and current residents.
• Handle daily property inspections and maintain model and vacant units.
• Assist with delinquent rent collection and related bookkeeping tasks.
• Plan resident events and maintain accurate resident files and applications.
