ResProp Management is seeking a Leasing Consultant in North Miami, FL. You will manage the leasing process from tours through move-in, close leases, prepare documents, and inspect apartments to ensure a smooth resident experience.

The role emphasizes understanding property features, marketing the property, and supporting occupancy goals. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Office-based with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

• Tech‑savvy and able to learn/work with property management applications.
• Strong sales/leasing/closing capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage leasing from tour to move-in, including closing the sale and processing lease documents.
• Highlight property features to meet resident needs and drive occupancy.
• Create marketing strategies (online, social media, outreach) to increase traffic.
• Support occupancy/retention by following up with prospects and residents.
