You will manage tours, process applications, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure a smooth move-in. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; a High School Diploma is required, with 1–3 years in property management.

This role emphasizes sales, service, and marketing to close leases and build lasting resident relationships.

Qualifications

• Ability to access all apartment homes and show units; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of operations including customer relations, sales, and maintenance coordination.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify prospects using guest cards in Lead Management Software.
• Tour and present the community and assist prospects in finding the right apartment.
• Close leases, schedule tours, maintain show rooms, and follow up with leads.
